Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or college degree a plus)
2–5 years of experience in environmental services required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to motivate teams and maintain high standards
Knowledge of safety protocols and hospital procedures

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of Environmental Services staff to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive hospital environment
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance
Manage schedules, assignments, and daily operations
Promote a culture of pride, service, and excellence
Collaborate with hospital departments and participate in committees
Support quality assurance and accreditation efforts
