About The Position

As an Environmental Services Supervisor at Park MGM, you will help create an exceptional guest experience by leading a team that maintains clean, welcoming environments. You will anticipate guest needs and support the property’s commitment to service excellence.

The position supervises Environmental Services employees and oversees cleanliness across the casino, public areas, offices, and other assigned areas. It includes managing employee and guest concerns, conducting inspections and shift briefings, supporting training and compliance, preparing end-of-shift reports, and coordinating property maintenance issues with Facilities.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of prior relevant experience.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in EVS/PAD within a similar Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star or AAA 5 Diamond Resort is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Services employees, including scheduling, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary responsibilities.
• Provide direction and support to maintain the highest cleanliness standards throughout the casino, public areas, offices, and other assigned areas.
• Manage employee questions and guest concerns, ensuring department procedures, policies, and service standards are followed during the shift.
• Conduct daily inspections, pre-shift briefings, and team updates.
• Provide training and coaching and facilitate required compliance training as needed.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and coordinate with Facilities to address property maintenance issues.
