Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2+ Years of Prior relevant Environmental Services experience in a Supervisory role is required
- Able and willing to work Swing and Grave Shifts, from Sunday - Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday off including holidays
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Environmental Services (EVS) employees, including scheduling, coaching, counseling, and training.
- Address employee questions and guest concerns to ensure adherence to department procedures and service standards.
- Provide direction and support to achieve high cleanliness standards in the casino, public areas, offices, and other required spaces.
- Conduct daily inspections, briefings, and team updates; meet with employees for training and compliance needs.
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities.
- Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Assist with administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership.
