As the Environmental Services Manager, you will supervise all work activities of your department's personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions in the facility.

Requirements

High School Degree or GED equivalent.
Two (2) years of work experience or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Five (5) years of experience preferred.
Experience in a health care or hospital environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise all work activities of your department's personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions in the facility.
Making inspections of all assigned areas to make certain the highest standards of Quality Assurance Control are being met.
Training of new and existing employees on new equipment, products and cleaning methods.
Scheduling Environmental Services personnel.
Participating in interviewing perspective candidates and making hiring decisions; focusing on maintaining a positive culture.
