Select Specialty Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. Requirements
- High School Degree or GED equivalent.
- Two (2) years of work experience or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- Five (5) years of experience preferred.
- Experience in a health care or hospital environment is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all work activities of your department's personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions in the facility.
- Making inspections of all assigned areas to make certain the highest standards of Quality Assurance Control are being met.
- Training of new and existing employees on new equipment, products and cleaning methods.
- Scheduling Environmental Services personnel.
- Participating in interviewing perspective candidates and making hiring decisions; focusing on maintaining a positive culture.
