About The Position

Environmental Services/Housekeeper is responsible for custodial duties of cleaning the hospital while ensuring a safe and risk preventive environment within Hospital standards and regulatory standards. Cleaning duties would include but not limited to routine dusting, mopping, and sanitizing of lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and the general upkeep/appearance and minor repairs throughout the facility.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Two (2) years’ experience in maintenance and custodial duties, preferably in a health care facility is preferred
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Custodial duties of cleaning the hospital
• Ensuring a safe and risk preventive environment within Hospital standards and regulatory standards
• Routine dusting, mopping, and sanitizing of lobbies, restrooms, hallways
• General upkeep/appearance and minor repairs throughout the facility
