About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an overnight Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 for a healthcare account in Boston, MA at Tufts Medical Center. This position will report to the General Manager and oversee housekeeping with a team of 20 on the 3rd shift (approximately 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM) with some weekends and holidays. Tufts Medical Center is a 415-bed academic medical center providing a wide range of care. Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management. Requirements

Experience leading, training and managing a team
Customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality setting
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently to drive program
Monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion
Experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
Results and safety driven
Proficient with computers and other technology
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
