Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2
About The Position
Sodexo is seeking an evening Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 at Florida's #1 rated hospital, Mayo Clinic, in Jacksonville, FL. The unit includes a 314 bed hospital, 35 OR suites, outpatient surgery and multiple diagnostic/procedural care units. Several clinical and administrative buildings are also located on this beautifully manicured 600-acre campus with ~2 million total cleanable square feet. The Custodial Manager will report to an Operations Manager and oversee a team of frontline housekeepers, some weekends and holidays are required. This is a 2nd shift (approx hours are 2PM-12AMish). Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Requirements
- experience leading, training and managing a team
- a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service delivery
- customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality
- strong leadership skills
- ability to work independently to drive program
- monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion
- experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
- results and safety driven
- proficient with computers and other technology
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores

- works closely with the Infectious Control department
