About The Position
Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services/ Housekeeping Manager for Capital Health - Pennington Division, located in Pennington, New Jersey. Capital is a 300 bed facility. This position will manage staff for Environmental Services, Patient Transport and Linen Distribution. This is a 2nd shift position with some weekends as business needs dictate (3:00pm-11:30pm) overseeing a team of 35. This position will report directly into the Operations Manager on-site. Requirements
- have experience leading, training and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations
- have customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality
- possess strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program
- monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion
- have experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
- are results and safety driven
- are proficient with computers and other technology
- Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
