About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 for Huntington Hospital. Huntington Hospital, a 619-bed Level II Trauma Center located just north of Downtown Los Angeles, is seeking an experienced Environmental Services (EVS) Manager to lead our 3rd-shift team (10:00 PM–6:30 AM). This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and plays a key part in ensuring a safe, clean, and exceptional environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. The ideal manager will have strong customer service skills, a background in hospital EVS, great employee relations, knowledge of patient interviewing, black light, and quality assurance inspections. Floor care knowledge is a plus! Free onsite parking + $15/day meal allowance included!

Requirements

• Experience leading, training and managing a team
• Customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a hospital environment
• Strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program
• Experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
• Proficiency with computers and other technology
• Ability to work, Monday through Friday, 10:00pm - 6:30am, with a rotating weekend schedule and some holidays
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
