About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Environmental Services (EVS) Manager for Huntington Hospital, a 619-bed Level II Trauma Center located just north of Downtown Los Angeles. This role is for the 3rd-shift team (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) and reports directly to the Operations Manager. The manager will be crucial in ensuring a safe, clean, and exceptional environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills, a background in hospital EVS, excellent employee relations, and knowledge of patient interviewing, black light, and quality assurance inspections. Free onsite parking and a $15/day meal allowance are included.

Requirements

experience leading, training and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service delivery
customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a hospital environment
strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program
experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
proficiency with computers and other technology
ability to work, Monday through Friday, 10:00pm - 6:30am, with a rotating weekend schedule and some holidays
experienced Environmental Services (EVS) Manager
strong customer service skills
a background in hospital EVS
great employee relations
knowledge of patient interviewing, black light, and quality assurance inspections
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
