About The Position
Under the direct supervision of the Environmental Services Supervisor, the Environmental Services Associate maintains daily cleaning and distribution of supplies to assigned areas in accordance with Environmental Services Department and Abington Memorial Hospital policies and procedures. The role includes greeting patients and visitors of all ages and supporting patient satisfaction through quality cleaning and courteous service.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Clean assigned areas daily in accordance with department and hospital policies and procedures.
- Distribute supplies to assigned areas.
- Greet patients and visitors of all ages courteously to support patient satisfaction.
