About The Position

Applewood Village is seeking a reliable and compassionate Environmental Services Assistant to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and team members. This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week, with every third weekend required. We offer a friendly and supportive work environment.

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and maintain floors.
• Empty trash and replenish supplies as needed.
• Follow established cleaning and infection-control procedures.
• Help ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the community.
