About The Position

The Environmental Services Aide maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe hospital environment while helping create a healing environment for patients. The role supports compliance with regulations and established quality standards across hospital areas. The aide uses cleaning equipment and general office equipment, follows procedures for hazardous materials and potential exposure situations, and works independently and efficiently to meet expectations.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety across all hospital areas according to established quality standards and regulations.
• Use equipment such as high dusters, vacuums, mops, and floor polishers to perform cleaning duties.
• Handle general office equipment and help maintain a tidy work environment.
• Follow established guidelines and procedures for handling hazardous materials and potential exposure situations.
• Work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and expectations.
