Requirements

• Prior housekeeping, environmental services, hospitality, or janitorial experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Dependable, team-oriented, and compassionate
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the shift
• Ability to read and speak English

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing resident apartments, common areas, offices, and public spaces
• Creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members
• Following infection prevention and safety protocols
• Ensuring housekeeping supplies and equipment are properly maintained
• Responding to resident requests with professionalism and care
• Working collaboratively with team members to provide an outstanding resident experience
