Requirements

Prior housekeeping, environmental services, hospitality, or janitorial experience is preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
Dependable, team-oriented, and compassionate
Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the shift
Ability to read and speak English

Responsibilities

Cleaning and sanitizing resident apartments, common areas, offices, and public spaces
Creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members
Following infection prevention and safety protocols
Ensuring housekeeping supplies and equipment are properly maintained
Responding to resident requests with professionalism and care
Working collaboratively with team members to provide an outstanding resident experience
