About The Position

The main goal of this role is to keep the hospital safe and clean for patients and families. This involves daily cleaning and sanitizing of patient rooms and common areas, safely emptying trash and medical waste bins, using basic tools like mops and vacuums, as well as carpet cleaners and floor scrubbers, helping to move chairs, tables, or hospital equipment when needed, and communicating daily with nurses, patients, and supervisors to prioritize cleaning tasks.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize patient rooms and common areas using our step-by-step system.
• Safely empty regular trash and medical waste bins.
• Use basic tools like mops and vacuums, as well as carpet cleaners and floor scrubbers.
• Help move chairs, tables, or hospital equipment when needed.
• Talk daily with nurses, patients, and supervisors to see which rooms need cleaning next.
