About The Position

At UES, we’re a team of more than 4,000 engineers, scientists, geologists, inspectors, technicians, and drillers united by a shared purpose—to make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. As a national leader in geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, and materials testing and inspection, we collaborate on transformative projects across transportation, energy, water, healthcare, and more. We're looking for an Environmental Scientist who is excited by variety, enjoys solving complex challenges, and wants to build a career that makes a visible impact. Whether your experience comes from environmental consulting, site investigations, natural resources, construction, compliance, remediation, field services, or another environmental discipline, we'd love to connect with you. No two weeks look the same. One day you may be evaluating environmental conditions on a development site. Another, you might be collaborating with scientists, geologists, and engineers to help move a project from concept to reality. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of environmental projects while building skills that can accelerate your career far beyond a traditional field or office role.
