About The Position
An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Houston, TX area for an individual with 7+ years’ experience as an Environmental Scientist with a background in Project Management. Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an Environmental Scientist is a MUST
- Strong knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations is a MUST
- Experience with GIS/GPS (e.g., ArcGIS, Trimble, etc.) is a MUST
- Strong technical environmental reporting skills is a MUST
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management or related life science field is a MUST
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with field investigations for energy, oil & gas, transportation, or ecological restoration site development projects (including: wetland delineation, wetland assessment, endangered species habitat evaluations, aquatic site evaluations, mitigation monitoring, etc.) is PREFERRED
