About The Position

The Environmental Program Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environmental compliance programs across operations. This role ensures compliance with applicable environmental regulations, permits, and corporate standards while supporting sustainable operations and reducing environmental risk throughout hydrovac and related field activities. The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of environmental compliance or environmental management experience in industrial, utility, construction, transportation, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of EPA regulations, environmental permitting, waste management, stormwater compliance, and spill prevention programs.
• Experience leading environmental audits, inspections, investigations, and regulatory interactions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with environmental data analytics or AI-enabled compliance tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and execution of environmental compliance programs across operations.
• Ensures compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and corporate standards.
• Conducts environmental audits, assessments, and investigations and drives corrective actions.
• Analyzes environmental performance data and trends to support proactive risk management.
• Leverages AI tools to enhance environmental monitoring, compliance management, and reporting.
