This position is a supporting role reporting to the Environmental, Health & Safety Manager. The incumbent supports operations for Environmental, Health & Safety matters, creating real value for the organization by supporting identifying and mitigating risk and assisting in regulatory matters. Support monitoring and maintaining compliance with all Federal, State, County and Local Environmental, Health and Safety Regulations, including OSHA, NJDEP, NJDCA and MCUA, in all actions, procedures and policies. Perform weekly, monthly and annual inspection for EHS Compliance. Assist with maintaining detailed log of incidents across all sites. Attend Safety Committee meetings, take minutes and ensure necessary paperwork is prepared for meetings. Provide input to develop and implement necessary EHS Policies & Procedures. Follow PIM Brands GMP and EHS Policies and Procedures and monitor associates for adherence with the same. All other duties assigned by management.
