About The Position

The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist serves as the primary EHS resource for the Warsaw facility while supporting the broader Audio Visual Division (AVD) EHS team across multiple manufacturing and operational sites, reporting to the EHS Manager. This position partners with operations, maintenance, engineering, human resources, and site leadership to support environmental, health, and safety compliance, risk reduction, employee engagement, training, incident prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role is responsible for helping maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and company standards while promoting a positive and proactive safety culture. In addition to supporting the Warsaw facility, this role collaborates with other members of the AVD EHS team on divisional initiatives, reporting requirements, management system activities, audits, investigations, and program deployment across assigned facilities. Some supported facilities may have dedicated site EHS personnel, requiring strong collaboration and partnership across the division. The ideal candidate is a hands-on EHS professional who builds strong relationships, demonstrates sound judgment, maintains a visible presence within operations, and effectively balances regulatory requirements with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary EHS resource for the Warsaw facility.
  • Supports the broader Audio Visual Division (AVD) EHS team across multiple manufacturing and operational sites.
  • Partners with operations, maintenance, engineering, human resources, and site leadership to support environmental, health, and safety compliance, risk reduction, employee engagement, training, incident prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Helps maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Promotes a positive and proactive safety culture.
