About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group as an EHS Specialist! We are seeking a proactive and driven EHS Specialist to support safety programs across multiple sites. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, reducing risk, and promoting a strong safety culture in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred
3–5 years of experience in EHS or safety roles
Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with safety systems and reporting tools

Responsibilities

Support environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple locations
Conduct safety audits, site inspections, and hazard assessments
Lead and support incident investigations and corrective actions
Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance documentation
Manage PPE programs and ensure proper usage
Track and report EHS metrics and performance
Partner with leadership on safety initiatives and site reviews
Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Support continuous improvement efforts across EHS programs
