About The Position

At Haselden Construction, our vision is to be a great builder, and our purpose is to fulfill our customers’ needs completely. We believe great projects are built by great people working together with trust, accountability, and a shared commitment to excellence. Safety at Haselden is not simply a compliance function — it is a core value woven into how we plan, lead, communicate, and execute work every day. We are looking for Environmental, Health & Safety leaders who are passionate about building relationships in the field, influencing positive behaviors, supporting project teams, and helping create environments where everyone goes home safe. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, leads through presence and partnership, communicates with confidence and humility, and believes that strong safety culture is built through consistency, coaching, accountability, and trust. We value leaders who are approachable, credible, technically strong, and willing to engage directly with craft workers, foremen, superintendents, and subcontractors to improve how work is performed. Whether on a project site or supporting teams behind the scenes, every team member plays an important role in helping our projects succeed. We offer a collaborative and growth-oriented environment with meaningful career development opportunities, innovative tools, and a culture that encourages leadership at every level.
