Requirements

  • Minimum of a BS (MS preferred) in Geology, Engineering, or other Science.
  • 0-2 years of experience (previous internships are helpful)
  • Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Professional registration, certification, GID, geotechnical, and/or geophysics experience are a plus.
  • EIT, PE, PG, and the ability to obtain a PE/PG license in other states.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Phase I/II environmental site assessments
  • Prepare work plans
  • Conduct site investigation activities (sampling of soil, groundwater, surface water, indoor air, vapor intrusion, soil gas, drinking water, and building materials)
  • Provide environmental compliance support to senior regulatory specialists, including data collection for permitting and/or registration; regulatory compliance evaluation and assessment; and preparation of plans and reports.
  • Field documentation
  • Assisting in authoring technical reports
