Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, environmental engineering or related field from an accredited program.
0-3 years of professional experience with an environmental/engineering consulting firm.
Detail oriented with excellent organizational, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with strong technical and writing skills.
Detail oriented, excellent verbal communication skills combined with a positive attitude, and ability to work both independently and within teams.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ArcGIS is a plus.
40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collecting samples of soil, groundwater, and other environmental media in support of site investigation and remediation objectives.
Installing monitoring wells, performing remediation monitoring, and overseeing contractors.
Assisting in the preparation of various regulatory submittals, technical memorandums, and/or engineering design reports.
Managing, analyzing, evaluating, and interpreting data for use in reports and other visualizations including maps, charts, and 3D models.
Field work, data management, report writing and interaction with project staff.
