About The Position

This position is central to the overall flow of the department of environmental services, and functions in a dispatch capacity. Provides clerical support while interacting with all levels within the organization. Serves as a departmental service ambassador by acknowledging, greeting and assisting staff, customers and vendors to access services in a manner that consistently delivers exceptional customer service. Estimated pay range for this position is $17.27 - $20.90 / hour depending on experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Certificate of attendance, GED, or Experience.
• Ability to proficiently work with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Can type at least 25 wpm.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service skills.
• flexibility with work schedule
• 1 Year Minimum Required Experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills preferred.
