About The Position

Physical Intelligence builds AI for robots. Its operations teams keep hands-on work running on schedule for research and production. The Environment Specialist supports the Set + Props team by keeping workspaces organized and supplied during a shift so work can run without interruption. The Set + Props team builds and maintains physical workspaces and keeps them supplied across every shift; it includes coordinators, shift specialists, and contractors who flex with demand.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail merchandising, warehouse, stagehand, hospitality, kitchen, or facilities work.
• Reliability and strong attention to detail.
• Comfort using basic inventory or tracking tools.
• Availability for a morning, swing, or overnight shift.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and move around throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with film, TV, or theater props or sets.
• Experience with kitting, pick and pack, or cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Check workspaces and supplies against a checklist.
• Prepare, organize, and stage supplies for upcoming work.
• Log inventory accurately in the team's tools.
• Deliver supplies to teams during the shift.
• Flag anything missing or out of specification.
