About The Position

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn the automotive business, gain valuable administrative experience, and grow into larger roles within our organization. We don't expect you to know dealership accounting or vehicle titling when you start—we'll teach you. What we can't teach is a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Review vehicle sales paperwork for accuracy and completeness
  • Process title and registration documents
  • Ensure deals meet state and lender requirements
  • Follow up with customers, banks, and government agencies for missing paperwork
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
  • Audit paperwork and identify errors before they become problems
  • Assist with data entry and administrative projects
  • Support the accounting and management teams with various office tasks
  • Learn dealership processes and become a key part of keeping deals moving
