About The Position

This is an entry-level position where the technician will support senior technicians in performing maintenance and repair tasks on industrial equipment. The role involves conducting routine inspections, assisting with repairs, performing basic maintenance, and meticulously recording all activities. Safety is paramount, and adherence to all safety protocols and the use of PPE are mandatory. The technician will also participate in training to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Must be dependable, willing to work additional hours as required and be team oriented.
• Ability to perform duties in accordance with training and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous and industrial settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Acceptable MVR/Background Check and pass pre-employment screenings.

Nice To Haves

• Any experience in an industrial field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support senior technicians in performing maintenance and repair tasks on industrial equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
• Assist in repairing or replacing defective parts and components.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment.
• Record details of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and procedures followed.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Participate in training programs to develop technical skills and knowledge.
