About The Position

A strong and stable organization is seeking an Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join its growing accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career accounting professional to gain hands-on experience in accounting operations and financial reporting. This role is open due to continued company growth and expansion. The position is a full-time role available immediately. The office environment is hybrid with a collaborative and team-oriented culture. The salary is $60,000–$70,000 base salary with training and long-term growth potential. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Staff Accountant to support daily accounting functions and assist with maintaining accurate financial records in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Internship or prior accounting experience is a plus
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software preferred

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Reconcile accounts and support month-end close processes
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Support audits, reporting, and additional accounting projects as needed
