About The Position
Cleft of the Rock is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to help businesses and individuals protect their people and financial security through supplemental insurance solutions. The representative works directly with business owners, decision-makers, and individual clients to explain benefits that can support their teams, families, and themselves. This is a full-time, independent-contractor position in a local territory, conducted in person. Compensation is commission-based, with average annual earnings of $65,000–$85,000 for entry-level agents and an optional base draw during the first six weeks. The company offers comprehensive training, hands-on mentorship, licensing assistance and reimbursement, and a supportive, service-oriented team culture.
