About The Position

Southwind, the owners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring an Entry Level Sales & Laborer for its Field Sales & Service Team. The role combines customer-facing sales with hands-on service work. Team members meet customers in person, provide pricing, and close sales on the spot, then work with a team to complete each job. The position suits someone with sales experience who wants active, outdoor work and performance-based earnings. The stated average pay is $22–$26 per hour ($11 plus profit share and tips). Promotions may be possible within 2–3 months, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles. The work is team-oriented, outdoors, and varies from day to day.

Requirements

• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 or more pounds.
• Comfort working outdoors in various conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver’s license and age 21 or older.
• Full-time availability, five days per week: four weekdays plus Saturday or Sunday.
