About The Position

Imperial is hiring an Entry-Level Refrigeration & Maintenance Technician for local travel to client locations. The role is suited to someone with basic refrigeration, HVAC, or mechanical training who wants to develop a long-term career. The company provides hands-on training, tools, and support. The technician services vending and related equipment, travels in a company vehicle, and participates in an on-call rotation. The position pays $19.00–$25.00 per hour and is full-time, day shift.

Requirements

• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment.
• Willingness to travel to client locations to service equipment and perform installations.
• Integrity, innovation, responsibility, growth orientation, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in varied environments while maintaining professional client interactions.
• Ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle for daily travel between client locations.
• Availability for on-call rotations, including weekends, evenings, early mornings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend service calls to diagnose and repair issues.
• Set up machines and ensure they are working properly.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain client relationships by providing excellent service.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Maintain parts and tool inventories.
• Use tools, pallet jacks, forklifts, and company vehicles as needed.
• Travel between client locations to service equipment and perform installations.
