About The Position

HomeTeam Termite Technicians provide pest and termite control services to homeowners and work independently along an assigned route. They perform chemical pretreatments on lots before foundation pours and final-grade treatments on newly built, unoccupied homes, typically at construction sites where safety protocols must be followed. No experience is required; training is provided, and the company supports technicians in obtaining required credentials and licensing.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing; licensing is company-paid.
• Ability to safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners while working an assigned route.
• Maintain a professional, tidy appearance, including the company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and offer additional services or products when appropriate or desired.
• Obtain pest control Registered Technician credentials.
• Attend company-provided pest and termite control training classes regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Complete termite home drawings and provide them to office staff.
• Keep customers informed about service.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Perform chemical pretreatments on lots before a foundation pour and final-grade treatments on newly built homes that have not yet been occupied.
• Follow safety protocols at construction sites.
