Join our dynamic team at W.B. Mason as a full-time Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative. This role is for a driven individual ready to excel in outside sales and build a future within a unique company culture. W.B. The role involves exploring an assigned territory, introducing local businesses to W.B. Mason's offerings, meeting with potential clients, uncovering their needs, and demonstrating how products and services can benefit them. This includes demoing products, sharing web tools, offering custom pricing, and assisting new customers with setup through MasonvilleGO. The representative will collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions and account care, and will participate in regular branch sales meetings for support and connection to grow their market and career.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to converse, read, and write in English
  • Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs

  • Hit the road-on foot or by car-exploring your assigned territory

  • Meet with potential clients

  • Work closely with inside sales and our onboarding teams to ensure every new account is smoothly transitioned and well taken care of
  • Participate in regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported
