About The Position

Our event marketing team is hiring Entry-Level Outreach Representatives to support live events, community campaigns, brand experiences, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives. No previous marketing, event, sales, or customer service experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you learn the role and develop skills that can be used throughout your career. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, college graduates, career changers, retail and hospitality professionals, customer service professionals, and individuals looking to get their foot in the door.

Responsibilities

Represent client brands and campaigns at live events and community-based activities
Engage directly with customers, event attendees, and members of the public
Provide information about products, services, programs, and promotional campaigns
Create positive customer experiences through face-to-face interaction
Assist with event setup, displays, registration areas, and promotional activities
Answer questions and provide helpful, accurate information
Support community outreach and customer engagement initiatives
Work with team members to accomplish event and campaign goals
Participate in team meetings, paid training, and professional development
Maintain a friendly, professional presence while representing client campaigns
