About The Position

We're hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to help support nonprofit organizations and community-focused campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, first-time job seekers, and entry-level professionals who want to gain real-world experience while developing skills in community outreach, customer service, marketing, communications, and leadership. No previous experience is required. Paid training, hands-on coaching, and mentorship are provided.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and local outreach locations
• Welcome and engage with community members in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate the public about nonprofit programs, causes, and initiatives
• Support community outreach, awareness, fundraising, and promotional campaigns
• Answer questions and communicate campaign information clearly
• Build positive relationships with members of the community
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign goals
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Develop valuable skills in communication, customer service, teamwork, and leadership
