About The Position

Team Murph is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Restaurant Manager to join its Domino’s Pizza team. The role is intended for someone seeking to advance a career in hospitality and includes a progressive training program in a dynamic environment. The manager oversees daily restaurant operations and staff, supports a high-quality guest experience, and works toward achieving 5 Star Status while upholding Domino’s standards.

Requirements

At least one year of management experience; previous Domino’s experience is preferred.
At least 18 years of age.
Pass a background check and drug screening.
Comply with image standards.
Ability to manage various tasks, work independently or with a team, work under stress, and adhere to strict quality standards.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to stand or move around for up to 100% of a shift.

Responsibilities

Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
Represent and enhance the Domino’s brand through professionalism, enthusiasm, and effective communication.
Monitor daily sales, food costs, and labor, making adjustments and follow-ups as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Train team members effectively.
Establish and maintain high customer service levels.
Motivate staff and lead by example.
Safeguard cash, inventory, and other assets according to company guidelines.
Operate all restaurant equipment.
Manage inventory from delivery through storage and preparation areas.
Prepare products and handle telephone orders.
Conduct inventory checks and complete necessary paperwork.
Maintain cleanliness of the facility and equipment.
