About The Position
Tank's Recycling and Landfill is building out our cardboard baling crew and looking for motivated Entry-Level Laborers to join our team. This is a cross-trained, hands-on role - you might run the baler one day and sort materials on the tipping floor the next, so we need people who are flexible and ready to pitch in wherever needed.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in hot weather
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Adaptable and willing to learn multiple roles
- Must pass a drug screening, including for marijuana.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Responsibilities
- Operate and feed the cardboard baler
- Sort materials and inspect incoming loads for recyclables
- Direct customers to appropriate dumping areas
- General site cleanup and yard maintenance
- Support the crew wherever needed
