About The Position

Du-Co Ceramics is an established, family-owned ceramic manufacturer looking for entry-level laborers. We are offering great benefits and pay. We are a union shop, so employees are paid based on the job they are assigned. These are not assembly line positions.

Requirements

• Must be able to rotate between 1st and 2nd shifts.
• Must be able to work over-time as required.
• Must be able to follow work instruction and to keep accurate records as required.
• Must have the ability to measure small parts for long periods of time, perform AQL, and records.
• Must be able to unload parts into containers, cartons, and weigh on scales.
• Must be able to perform visual quality checks.
• Must be able to wear required PPE.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience is a bonus, but not required.
• Fork lift experience is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Works in various departments throughout the facility in a laborer role.
• Follow work instruction and keep accurate records as required.
• Measure small parts for long periods of time, perform AQL, and records.
• Unload parts into containers, cartons, and weigh on scales.
• Perform visual quality checks.
• Wear required PPE.
