Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of general construction, carpentry, roofing, or exterior remodeling experience.
Positive, eager to build on existing skills, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work outdoors comfortably in all weather conditions.
Punctual, driven, and willing to work overtime when needed.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must hold a valid driver’s license.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist Lead Installers with daily setup, safety prep, and job site organization.
Learn specialized trades including cutting, fabricating, and installing seamless gutters and guards.
Master advanced skills in ladder safety, power tool operation, and exterior construction.
Interact professionally with clients alongside your team leader.
