Requirements
- Solid mechanical aptitude
- Basic machine operation capabilities such as experience as a saw helper or press operator
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals accurately
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, and percentages
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic machine operation (saw helper, tail stretcher, head stretcher, saw operator, press operator)
- Cross-training on various extrusion machinery
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, percentages)
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Teamwork and communication skills
