About The Position

Sparkbit 360, a full-service marketing and public relations agency, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist. This role supports the planning, organization, and execution of events such as corporate meetings, conferences, social gatherings, and promotional activities. It is intended for someone passionate about event planning and coordination who wants hands-on experience in event management.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from conception to completion.
• Support event logistics, venue setup, and breakdown.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and venue staff to ensure requirements are met.
• Help manage event timelines and schedules to support smooth execution.
• Assist with on-site event management and attendee support.
