About The Position

Responsibilities
- Support on-site event operations to ensure smooth and organized execution
- Assist with event registration, attendee check-in, and distribution of materials
- Engage with attendees to provide information, support fundraising efforts, and enhance the guest experience
- Assist event staff, vendors, and nonprofit partners with logistics and coordination needs
- Monitor event-day activities and help resolve operational issues as they arise
- Support event setup and breakdown, including signage, materials, and equipment
- Assist with post-event follow-up, including feedback collection, reporting, and outreach communications
