Requirements

• Outgoing, approachable, and team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to multitask in fast-paced environments
• Interested in event coordination, marketing, promotions, and brand ambassador roles
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Eager to learn – no prior experience required ; full paid training provided

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, execution, and teardown for live events, brand activations, and community programs
• Support event logistics , including vendor coordination, equipment setup, and guest registration
• Engage with attendees to deliver an outstanding brand experience and customer service
• Manage signage, branded displays, promotional materials, and giveaways
• Complete administrative tasks , including attendance tracking, data entry, and post-event reporting
• Represent partner brands in a professional, polished, and enthusiastic manner
• Participate in post-event reviews to improve future marketing and promotional efforts
