About The Position
Looking for an entry-level job with paid training? We’re hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to support community events, promotional campaigns, nonprofit initiatives, and customer engagement activities. No previous event, marketing, sales, or customer service experience is required. Training and hands-on coaching are provided. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, first-time job seekers, and candidates from retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, sales, fundraising, or other people-focused backgrounds.

Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, activities, promotions, and breakdown
- Welcome and engage with customers and event attendees
- Provide friendly customer service
- Answer questions and share information about featured campaigns
- Represent nonprofit organizations, brands, and community partners
- Support event marketing, promotions, and community outreach
- Assist with registrations, information tables, presentations, and event activities
- Work with a team to create a positive event experience
- Participate in paid training and professional development
