About The Position

We are currently hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to join our fast-growing event marketing and promotions team . This role offers hands-on experience supporting live events, promotional campaigns, and community activations . Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail in fast-paced event environments
• Positive, team-oriented, and professional attitude
• Interest in event coordination, event marketing, promotions, or brand ambassador roles
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
• No experience required ; full paid training provided

Responsibilities

• Support on-site event setup, execution, and teardown for live events and promotional activations
• Assist with event logistics , including vendor coordination, equipment setup, and guest registration
• Engage with attendees to create a positive brand experience and deliver excellent customer service
• Manage signage, branded displays, promotional materials, and giveaways
• Complete administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, data entry, and post-event reporting
• Represent partner brands professionally with a polished and approachable presence
• Contribute to post-event evaluations to improve future marketing and promotional campaigns
