About The Position
HDR is seeking recent engineering graduates for entry-level opportunities across Water, Transportation, Resources, and Building Engineering Services. This role is for individuals graduating in December 2026 or May 2027 who are ready to apply their education and begin a meaningful engineering career. Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program and graduating in December 2026 or May 2027
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail
- Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Desire to pursue growth opportunities and obtain registration
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a project team to completion of task
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
- An interest in Power, Water, Transportation, or Building Engineering
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate
- Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm
