About The Position

Entry Level Electrician wanted to learn the trade hands-on from senior installers, build real skills, and work toward running jobs independently. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional evenings/weekends as job demands. The starting compensation is $20/hour.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of residential electrical install experience.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Valid driver's license, insurable through our company carrier.
• Tools required for Install Level 2 work.
• Safety-first, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Electrical Training Certificate or completed Level 1 Electrical Skills.

Responsibilities

• Install basic wiring, outlets, lights, and switches to company standard under the guidance of a senior installer, with growing independence as skills build.
• Pull romex and low-voltage cable, and run branch circuits to meet National Electric Code.
• Tie in outlets, lights, and switches (single-pole and 3-way), and build standard residential services.
• Follow blueprints and building codes to box, drill, and route wiring.
• Prep and protect the space, keep the truck stocked and clean, and leave every site better than found.
• Track materials, hit target hours, and use ServiceTitan to keep the job moving.
